Controlled Drugs and Substances Dealer’s License

DEFINITION

A Controlled Drugs and Substances Dealer’s License is a Canadian license granted by Health Canada under the provisions of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. This license allows the holder to procure, research, manufacture, and sell controlled substances. Individuals who do not have this license and attempt to procure or sell controlled substances can face significant fines and sanctions. There is a strict process people need to follow to apply for this license, and the license is closely supervised by the authorities.
