The Centre for Psychedelic Research, Imperial College London has spent more than a decade performing research on psychedelic drugs in the Imperial College in London. The center is led by Dr. Robin Carhart and focuses on psychedelics and their impacts on mental healthcare as well as how psychedelics can be used to explore the brain’s consciousness. The goal of the center is to develop a research clinic that can gather clinical evidence that may inspire the use of psychedelic drugs as a more widely accepted treatment option in the future.
